Once confirmed, orders may be challenging to edit or cancel. While we're not obligated to make modifications, we'll strive to assist on a case-by-case basis.
The risk of loss, damage, and title for products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Responsibility to file claims for lost shipments lies with you, and Lagos Traffic won't refund or resend in such cases.
For users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, risk passes upon physical possession.
Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims considered our error are covered at our expense.

Automated notifications are sent upon receiving a returned shipment, and unclaimed returns are donated after 30 days.
Wrong Address: If the courier deems the address insufficient, you're responsible for reshipment costs.
Unclaimed Shipments: You're liable for reshipment costs for unclaimed shipments.
Lagos Traffic doesn't accept returns of sealed goods for health or hygiene reasons.
